Our Environmental Health & Safety Management System (EHSMS) governs the processing of this equipment as well as the handling & processing of residual materials. It is our intention to: Maintain an environmental, health & safety program that is consistent with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and the R2 standard as well as reviewing the objectives and targets. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws including those covering focus materials and other requirements set by our management. Comply with all regulations for countries of import for R2 focus materials under our control. - Maintain an EHS Management System appropriate to the purpose and context of Reagan Wireless, including the nature, scale and environmental impacts and OH&S risks/opportunities of its activities, products and services.

Top management will ensure to the best of its ability that all vendors for downstream materials will adhere to the same environmental and quality standards and protection of the health and safety of its employees.

R2:2013
The Responsible Recycling Practices Standard (R2:2013) certification, which is recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is a set of voluntary principles and guidelines designed to promote and assess responsible practices for electronics recyclers. ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001:2015 – specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements, and information about significant environmental aspects.
The primary requirements of ISO 14001:2015 focus on the following areas:

ISO 45001:2018
ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance.
ISO 45001:2018 helps an organization to achieve the intended outcomes of its OH&S management system. Consistent with the organization’s OH&S policy, the intended outcomes of an OH&S management system include:
a) continual improvement of OH&S performance;
b) fulfilment of legal requirements and other requirements;
c) achievement of OH&S objectives.
