Reagan Wireless has been in business for 31 years. We’re a wholesale phones / reverse-logistics company with about 75+ employees. We currently work in air-conditioned warehouse and office space in Deerfield Beach, and we’re relocating to a larger facility in Pompano Beach between I-95 and the Turnpike — better for our team (many of our people come from south Broward / Miami-Dade).

We’ve grown with temp agencies and referrals. We’re ready for a full-time HR Coordinator who’s on the floor as much as behind a desk. You’ll work alongside someone with 10+ years of experience on the people / communications side.

We’re looking for hard-working people who want to move up — including into higher positions over time. If you’re the type that wants to play on your phone all day, you won’t fit in here.

What you’ll do

• Place job ads on social media and online employment sites (Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
• Interview and screen potential employees
• Recruit and onboard warehouse and production staff (phone testing and related roles)
• Work with temp agencies and handle walk-ins / referrals
• Day-to-day employee relations, attendance, and basic HR paperwork
• Be the go-to bilingual bridge between management and the floor
• Help keep a respectful, get-along culture — personality fit matters here

Must-haves

• Bilingual Spanish and English (required)
• Comfortable posting ads and interviewing candidates
• Comfortable in a warehouse/production environment
• Strong people skills — calm, clear communicator who gets along with everyone
• Organized and reliable; prior HR, recruiting, or office/people-ops experience a plus
• Hard-working, ambitious, and present — not glued to a phone

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for entry-level / production roles
• Familiarity with the South Florida labor market
