Daniel Kaufman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Born in Memphis Tennessee, Daniel graduated from the University of Florida undergrad and University of Miami Law School.
He has been a member of the Florida Bar and the Missouri Bar for 20+ years, and is also a licensed pilot with multi-engine and Jet ratings.
Daniel comes from a proud military family as his father was in the US Army during the Korean War and his brother was a Captain in the US Air Force based in Ohio.
Martin Garcia
Vice-President and COO
Born in Granada, Nicaragua, Martin oversees operations and system administration at Reagan Wireless.
With a background in Telecommunications from MDC, Martin has been a part of the Reagan Wireless team since 1999.
Milly Sanchez
Production Manager
Born in La Habana, Cuba, Mileydis obtained her Bachelors in Information Technology from Broward College in 2018.
She has been a member of the company for over 10 years where she oversees daily production requirements.
Dana Thrasher
Manufacturing Manager
Born in the Florida Keys, Dana oversees manufacturing operations at Reagan Wireless. He spent three years at Southern College in Orlando.
Gianna Kaufman
Head of Marketing
Born in Boca Raton, Florida, Gianna leads marketing at Reagan Wireless and is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
A graphic designer, she creates digital designs using Adobe Creative Cloud applications and produces promotional materials for social media platforms, developing content that supports marketing campaigns and strengthens the company's brand presence.
Nancy Chavez
HR Director/Executive Manager
Born in Lima, Peru, Nancy brings more than 27 years of dedicated leadership to Reagan Wireless Corp., where she heads executive business administration and human resources. She laid the foundation for her career by earning a Diploma in Medical Office Administration/Professional from CCC in 1999. As a foundational force in shaping the company’s corporate infrastructure, culture, and operational strategy, her multi-faceted expertise spans critical functions including global operations, HR, payroll, procurement, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about organizational development, Nancy has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s growth and positioning it as an industry leader. Notably, she spearheaded the rigorous compliance initiatives that secured Reagan Wireless’s most vital certifications, including R2, ISO 14001, NAID AAA, and OHSAS 18001. Today, Nancy continues to drive corporate excellence, leveraging her deep executive expertise to champion operational safety, compliance, and strategic workplace development.
Kecia Stoffer
Security Manager
Kecia serves as Security Manager and leads a team of trained and insured security guards who provide 24/7 armed security for Reagan Wireless.
A former All-American athlete and Honor Society graduate. Holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with additional studies in Computer Science and Business Administration. Passed the New York State Police Examination at 19, accumulated 15+ years in the security industry, and spent 17 years at JPMorgan Chase managing the Fraud Credit Card Database Division. In 2005, she joined the State of Delaware as a Correctional Officer, and in 2023 founded her own armed security company.
